Program Name

Client Forge (ClientForge.ai) — Direct SMS to Prospects and Customers

SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and submitting a form to ClientForge.ai, you expressly agree to receive SMS text messages from ClientForge.ai only. Consent is not shared with or transferred to other companies for them to message you under this consent.

You consent to receive text messages regarding:

• Follow-ups on your inquiry or demo request
• Product, onboarding, and account-related communications
• Service updates and notices relevant to your relationship with Client Forge

Consent is collected at the point of submission when you enter your phone number. Each submission applies only to SMS from ClientForge.ai as described above.

Program Description

This toll-free SMS program is used by Client Forge (ClientForge.ai) to contact our own prospects and customers—businesses and individuals who engage with us about our platform or services. Messages may include inquiry follow-ups, onboarding, product updates, and account-related notifications. This program does not cover SMS sent to end consumers on behalf of our customers’ businesses; those use cases require separate numbers, business registration, and consent collected by each end business.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. ClientForge.ai does not charge you for receiving these informational messages, but your carrier may.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Client Forge. Frequency is typically low and tied to your inquiry, onboarding, and account activity.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time.

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance or to request support contact information.

Opt-out requests are processed promptly. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you provide your phone number again and consent to receive messages.
